INGREDIENTS
1 bottle Rosé Champagne/sparkling wine
1 pint raspberry sorbet
Fresh herbs for garnish, such every bit rosemary or mint (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
To brand 1 drink: Place 1 pocket-sized scoop of sorbet into a champagne flute, move on amongst champagne. Garnish amongst herbs if using. Serve immediately.
